• Head Chef
Package up to £30k
We are looking for an experienced Head Chef who will set the highest standards of food quality and consistency and put together a happy and efficient team of around five chefs.
The potential here is enormous. The role provides a great deal of autonomy and as part of the senior management team you will have enormous influence over the performance of the business. Together with the manager you will write the menus, and be responsible for sourcing ingredients from the best suppliers, and negotiating the best deals available. Your kitchen management and organisational skills will also be of paramount importance as you’ll have direct responsibility for health and safety, food hygiene, wage budgeting and rota’ing, achievement of GP% targets.
